Family Membership (additional $15 per year):
As a member of the Lanier Striper Club I agree to pay my annual dues of $60 or a prorated amount based on $5 per month with submission of this application. I agree to abide by the club’s By-Laws and applicable Tournament Rules.    Family Memership is available for an additional $15 annual fee.
